I’m in a process of understanding the fascia in my body as a fluid-jelly network that extends from the surface of my skin to the nucleus of my cells, weaving different structures into a connective net. Our fascia is responsive to our activities and it reflects the patterns or habits of our posture and coordinating movement. It is able to adapt as we move; it moves us, it moves with us.

When we are able to perceive and access its support at a fundamental level, our bodies are able to relax and we respond with more ease and efficiency. This leads to a sense of fluidity in being.

In this class we'll embark on a perceptual movement practice that offers opportunities to inform our bodies and restore our inherent fluid nature.
