For a tree’s branches to grow upward and outward it’s roots must form a solid foundation. The tree creates strength by expanding in two directions at the same time. Much like the tree, we too can find strength in creating opposing forces in the body.

Our power comes from testing these opposing forces. In the case of the tree, this would be like wind or a mighty storm. With the body, we move inside of these opposing forces testing and generating deep strength.
