The Seed Center represents the deepest felt place in the body. It’s comprised of both the root and sacral chakras and for most, is their center of gravity. Quite literally, the seed is the center!

Just as the engine drives the car, the Seed Center drives the body. When we generate movement from this place, its as if we are cultivating our own internal resilience. It can give us a deep sense of grounding, knowing our Self, and grace. It’s also one of the most influential concepts of the GYROKINESIS® Method and, in my opinion, the signature image of our source of power.
