In this class, through movements unique to the GYROKINESIS® Method, we’ll explore the relationship between the sacrum and the skull, and how aligning these two ends of the spine allows the whole system to harmonize. As we work with breath and gentle traction, we’ll encourage decompression through the vertebral column, giving the discs space to hydrate and the nervous system a chance to settle.
