The average human head weighs about 10 pounds when held upright. This load puts more and more strain on the neck and spine with every inch you move your head forward. Unfortunately, many of us do exactly that when we’re working on the computer or texting.
Join me in dissolving the added tension in our necks. We’ll strengthen our cores, expand key muscles in our chests, and align our spines. This will relieve our compressed diaphragms, aid the capacity of our breath, and give us the tools and awareness for better posture.
