In this class, we’ll explore breath as a guide for movement—spiraling, undulating, and expanding the spine in rhythm with inhalation and exhalation. Through three-dimensional breathing and eccentric activation, we’ll cultivate strength through length, creating a spine that feels both lifted and free. By tuning into the wave-like motion of the breath, we’ll release tension, improve postural support, and awaken a sense of internal buoyancy that carries us beyond this class and into daily life.

In this class, through movements unique to the GYROKINESIS® Method, we’ll explore the relationship between the sacrum and the skull, and how aligning these two ends of the spine allows the whole system to harmonize. As we work with breath and gentle traction, we’ll encourage decompression through...

In this class, we’ll explore creating vertebral freedom—releasing fascial restrictions while inviting space between each vertebra. Through mindful movement and eccentric elongation, we’ll stimulate hydration in the discs and surrounding fascia, restoring the spine’s natural buoyancy. Whether you’...

2025-03-10 | Dynamic Spinal Support f...
In this class, we explore the power of contrast in the body to build dynamic spinal strength and support. Through fluid movements and breath, we engage deep core muscles—like the psoas, diaphragm, and pelvic floor—while creating length and release in the surrounding tissues. By balancing tension ...
