The first time I was guided through a dry-brushing experience was so enlivening. Afterwards, I felt my skin buzzing like bubbles in champagne and sensed deeper out into the space surrounding me. Then we danced this buzzing body through GYROKINESIS® movement sequences and the journey was subtlety enchanting. It felt like my entire skin was alive and breathing with me.
